Return and Exchange Policy for Abayas You can exchange or return abayas in the following cases:* - Customer receives an incorrect order. (The order will be shipped, delivered, and corrected at our full responsibility)* - Customer receives an incomplete order. (The incomplete order will be delivered to the customer or the value of the missing product will be refunded)* - No exchange or return is allowed if the measurements have been modified by the customer.* - If the measurements of the abaya have been altered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.* - The return request must be submitted within one day of the date the customer receives the products.* - You can exchange or return the product within 3 days of the date the customer receives the products.* - Upon refund, your request will be processed and the amount transferred within up to 14 working days from the date of receiving the product.* - The store does not bear the cost of return and exchange except in case of receiving the wrong product only.* - The customer bears the full return shipping and delivery costs and has the right not to return if the products are not received in good condition.* - We offer a dedicated return and exchange courier service, provided by us, at a fee of 30 per shipping label within the Kingdom, excluding international orders (outside the Kingdom). This service is not available for returns or exchanges.* - Compensation is only accepted within a maximum of 3 days if there is damage, shortage, or harm to the products, and we must be notified within the specified period.
